Whimsical & Surreal Collages Feature Unique Architecture

Germany-based artist Matthias Jung composes surreal collages, which feature whimsical buildings in an unorthodox scene. By uniting quirky insertions, such as trees and grass sprouting from the rooftops of buildings and floating pieces, Jung’s work unites nature with a manmade structure.

Although the architectural structures in his work defy the laws of physics, he has managed to create a balanced, visually pleasing series.
